Mr Rashmin Shah is a second generation business leader from a business family engaged in Fleet Management, and Hiring Cranes & Infrastructure Equipment, since more than Three Decades. He gained experience and deep insights of this business and a thorough knowledge of his equipment with hands-on experience over time, as a result the Company consistently grew to one of the leading Crane Hiring Service provider, catering to major Conglomerates & Corporates and other clients for Erection and allied work, Water/Power Supply Projects and Infrastructure Activities of Government & Private Sectors. With his astute understanding of the industry has pioneered path breaking initiatives and kept pace with the escalating demands of the industry. He is noted for providing quality, Safe and efficient services and value to the Client. With a good insight of the industry, dedicated service and high ethical business values could always earn client satisfaction and continued patronage. Apart from being a successful Business & Team leader he is also very active and popular in social and business Circles. His contributions have been highly appreciated for growth of the Industry and COA (Crane Owners Association) as an active & important office bearer.

Mr Rajit Shah has introduced a modern Management techniques with his dynamic outlook got from his high academic background and a Business Management Degree from a premier institute in USA. He has successfully conducted the business of Hiring out Cranes, Boom Lifts, Scissor Lifts & Other Equipment to Corporates and other clients for the lifting Materials and Manpower in the Construction of Buildings, Roads/Bridges and Infrastructure projects for Government and Private Sectors. He has aggressively and successfully multiplied and modernized the business with clear understanding of the market needs and analysis of the future trends to meet the emerging demands of the industry. He has increased the capex count and has been the front runner in his companies in client relationships. He is appreciated and respected by the clients and staff for his fair and practical responses to their queries and problems. He is always speaking up in team meetings and providing a unique perspective.

The Raj Lifters Team primarily comprises of two layers one at the Mumbai Head Office from where the Top management and administrative team operates. The second team operates on Pan India basis at all the customers’ Project sites. Both the teams have well qualified, well trained and experienced personnel at all level. We, at Raj Lifters, ensure they have safe and comfortable working conditions. We not only comply with all the applicable rules but offer them additional facilities to match the best practices in the industries.

Since cranes are sophisticated machinery and due to their sheer size and power need well trained and experienced crew, we augment our staff’s potential with regular training programme as well as proper updates on safety procedures to be followed by them. We instill a sense of commitment in them so that they integrate well with all the personnel on site and their performance satisfies the client.

Teams work multiple shifts, weekends, and holidays because of the tight time frames.
